Some of the more unusual charcuterie products that we are enjoying more and more fall into the category British Charcuterie, where small producers are popping up and competing with charcuterie from the rest of Europe.

Montagnolo Affine ~ It is a blue, triple crème soft cheese made in the Allgau region of Germany. Pasteurised / Cows Milk / Soft / Vegetarian.
Taleggio ~ This is a semisoft, washed-rind, smear-ripened Italian cheese. Unpasteurised / Soft / Cows Milk / Not Suitable for Vegetarians.
Manchego 12 month D.O.P ~ A firm but crumbly texture and a nutty flavour make it great on a cheese board or alongside your favourite Spanish Charcuterie. Pasteurised / Sheep Milk  / Hard / Not Suitable for Vegetarians.
Iberico Tapas Pack ~ Finest selection of spicy Spanish meat: chorizo, salchichon (salami) and Serrano ham. Incredibly tasty, it is a perfect extra for a nice evening.
