1. Seller and Customer
The Seller is Otters Smokehouse and Deli Ltd. registered in England no. 07654077. VAT registration no. 11323466 (“Otters”, “we” or us”). These terms and conditions apply to all orders with you, the customer (“you” or “your”) place using the website beta.ottersfinefoods.co.uk for items to be ordered over the internet.
When you place an order we shall check your card details and address using a secure payment system, when satisfied payment will be taken from your card details given.
All goods are subject to availability at the time of placing the order, we do our up most to keep the stock shown up to date. If a product is unavailable, we shall contact you to offer an alternative product, if this is unavailable we shall give a full refund if you have already paid for the item.
A correct email address means that we can send you a conformation email and provide delivery information.
A correct telephone number allows us to contact you if we have any questions and to provide further contact information for delivery.
In placing an order you have entered into a contract that will be formed in the dispatch of the goods.
If you choose to register an account when placing an order it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of both your username and password to prevent unauthorized access. If you have any reason to believe that the your account may be accessed in an unauthorized manor, please contact us immediately.
When placing an order you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name that you are not authorized to.
Products are all invoiced in GBP Sterling at the price when you place the order and do not include delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
All prices shown include VAT which is charged at the current applicable rate.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure all pricing is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered we shall contact you as soon as possible. You can either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item cancelled.
We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
We accept online payment with most major debit and credit cards using our secure online checkout. We regret we cannot accept cash payments for online transactions.
Please note any order placed using cheque will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared which can take 3-5 working days once received.
We can not guarantee the security of any information sent via email so please do not send card payment details via email, if you would like to pay via email please contact us either via 01572756481 or at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange a secure pay link to be sent.

We aim to deliver within two working days, this is subject to stock availability, and no longer than 5 working days. If your item is in stock and the order is received in time it can be sent out for next day delivery, if you are unsure, please check with us on 01572 756481
We shall notify you via email with a tracking code when your order has been shipped.
All delivery times are a guidance and not a guarantee.
All orders are sent via a next day service, if you are not going to be about on the day of delivery please leave a note in the box provided at the time of checkout with instructions of a suitable place for the delivery to be left or for the delivery to be left with a neighbor.
Please note that our next day delivery service means that we can only deliver on a Tuesday to Friday for £5.95. Saturday delivery is at extra cost.
At present we can only deliver to the UK mainland.
If you would like more information on buying our products outside of the UK, please send your requirements to email@example.com and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01572756481 between 09:00-17:30 Monday to Saturday. It is not always possible to prevent an order from been dispatched as we aim to dispatch as soon as possible. If your order has been dispatched please view our returns policy.
If we receive notice in time we will cancel the order and credit your card.
7. Returns and Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted on damaged goods. Please inform us of returns via email or phone within 24hrs of receipt. We may request that you return the item to us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on an item. If goods are damaged please ensure you have a photo.
If the packaging on delivery arrives damage please sign for the product with a note saying ‘damage’

All cheese is produced using artisan methods and therefore they are subject to variability through size, shape and seasonality.
All products are subject to variability but shall be as accurate as possible.
All measurements and weights are approximate.
The reproduction of colors is as accurate as possible but variability is possible.
All information provided on the website is as accurate as possible, we do not guarantee the information given and are not responsible for the information given.
The Otters website is for personal use. The website and its contents can not be used for commercial purposes without consent from one of the Directors of Otters Smokehouse and Deli Ltd.
Otters does not accept responsibility for third party websites that may be linked, this includes any business carried out on these sites.
