This black truffle organic cheddar cheese was made using a traditional 90-year-old recipe. After it matured for up to 12 months, it was complemented with the European black truffle. The cheese has an intense, rich flavour and an amazingly smooth texture melting in the mouth.
Certified organic by the Soil Association. Made using pasteurised milk with no artificial preservatives.
