Cornish Yarg – Nettle Wrapped



Cornish Yarg is a nettle wrapped semi-hard cheese made from grass rich Cornish Milk. Made from pasteurised cows’ milk, it is a young, fresh lemony cheese, creamy under its natural rind and slightly crumbly in the core.

Cornish Yarg is all about the nettles! The leaves are foraged and then frozen to last all year round, removing the sting but leaving the flavour. These leaves are brushed into the cheese, as it matures this then imparts a delicate, mushroomy taste and gives the unique, bloomy white appearance.

The fresh, creamy flavour and texture is guaranteed to leave a lasting impression on your palate, making you come back for more and making it ideal for any cheeseboard! Any recommendation?
