Taleggio ~ This is a semisoft, washed-rind, smear-ripened Italian cheese. Unpasteurised / Soft / Cows Milk / Not Suitable for Vegetarians.

Manchego 12 month D.O.P ~ A firm but crumbly texture and a nutty flavour makes it great on a cheese board or alongside your favourite Spanish Charcuterie. Pasteurised / Sheep Milk  / Hard / Not Suitable for Vegetarians.
