A convenient marinade in a resealable bag. Inspired by the barbecue pit cooking of the southern states Pott’s have combined Kentucky bourbon with the now-renowned Tex-Mex smoked chipotle chilli for this rich marinade.

INGREDIENTS: Tomato Purée, White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Water, Bourbon (5%), Garlic Puree, Salt, Chipotle Chillies (2%), Smoked Paprika, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Corn Flour.
