Torralba Mahon is the iconic cheese of Menorca with a Protected Designation of Origin.
The vibrant, orange coloured rind is created by rubbing it with pimenton and olive oil as it matures. The semi-hard yet sometimes crumbly textured cheese has a fruity aroma complimented by rich and savoury flavours.
This product has been awarded in the great taste awards 2017.
