Spanish-inspired, this chorizo is made on a family-run farm in Suffolk. Its taste is a beautiful mix of Freedom Food approved pork, Spanish paprika, garlic and herbs, smoked over oak and beech chippings.
You can eat it on its own or use it to spice up your favourite dishes.
