These Spanish Ortiz anchovy fillets have been prepared by artisan methods since 1891. Hand trimmed and filleted, these fish are salted for 6-12 months then gently washed for their great taste. The Ortiz anchovies have an incredibly tender texture & rich sweet flavours.
Great taste on their own and in recipes.
