Used in our deli restaurant the mixed smoked fish platter is a real favourite combining all the different smoked fish products that we offer with a simple side salad and crusty bread.
Wild caught English silver eels, hot smoked over oak to bring out the succulent and subtle flavours. Rich in oil they are a delicacy in Europe, best served at room temperature with a squeeze of lemon and a round of fresh toast.
