Montagnolo Affine ~ It is a blue, triple crème soft cheese made in the Allgau region of Germany. Pasteurised / Cows Milk / Soft / Vegetarian.

Northern Blue ~ Creamy, steely and sweet. A powerhouse blue cheese made with milk from hard as nails Northern cows. Pasteurised / Cows Milk / Semi Soft / Vegetarian.
