All of our smoked foods in this category are naturally smoked slowly to ensure a delicate flavour that compliments the food rather than competing with it. Used in our deli restaurant the mixed smoked fish platter is a real favourite combining all the different smoked fish products that we offer with a simple side salad and crusty bread.
This Scottish smoked salmon is delicious in its taste as it’s prepared according to a traditional recipe. So, it’s gently smoked over oak chippings to have a unique blend of wood and sea aromas.
The salmon itself is from the oldest independently-run Scottish farm, Wester Ross. The farm owners take care of the quality of their products. Therefore, their farm salmon is Freedom Food certified and RSPCA accredited. In addition, they are the only farm that full hand-rear their fish.
