Redondo Iglesias Salchichon Iberico



This raw sausage from Spain is made with noble parts of the Iberian pork from acorn-fed and mildly seasoned curing in a natural cellar. Finely sliced, this raw sausage should not be missing from any tapas evening. Salchichon Iberico de Bellota pairs well with so many recipes but you can also serve it on a charcuterie board with Casalinga Artisan Grissini with cereals as an appetiser.
