Scottish Smoked Salmon that is Hot Smoked over Suffolk Oak leaving a delicious roast salmon flavour. The salmon is sourced from one farm, Wester Ross, who are the oldest independently run farm in Scotland, established in 1977. All their salmon is Freedom Food certified and RSPCA accredited and they lay claim to be the only dark to be full hand rearing their fish.
