Eve Goat’s Cheese is a beautifully soft goat’s cheese, washed in Somerset Cider Brandy and wrapped in a vine leaf. This helps the cheese develop a soft paste and adds to a wonderful, nuttier flavour. This is a delicious twist on your traditional goat’s cheese, a firm cheeseboard favourite. This cheese is made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
The perfect addition to any cheese board, enjoy sharing it with friends and loved ones alike. Our recommendation? Try it on a Miller’s Earth Cracker with some Hawkshead Redcurrant Jelly. For another soft, washed rind cheese, we also highly recommend Stinking Bishop.
