Butler’s Secret Cheddar Cheese is a fantastically flavoursome and versatile cheese, at home on any cheeseboard. Originating from the green pastures of Ireland, its production process has many generations of experienced and passionate cheese makers. This cheddar is matured for 14 months to give a full flavour cheese, double graded by experts to ensure full flavour. As a result, we are left with a great tasting and flexible cheese, easy to grate and slice.
Butler’s Secret is great for sandwiches, cooking or on a cheeseboard. Our recommendation? Try it with Butter Wholemeal Crackers, Hawkshead Chillililli and Lime and Chilli Fruit Puree.
