It is the in between of Stilton and Gorgonzola. It has the rich, buttery flavour of the Stilton but the soft, almost spreadable texture of a Gorgonzola. It’s a rich indulgent soft blue cheese.
Often described as a creamy, mellow blue cheese with a natural thin coat made from full fat milk.
It is pasteurised cows milk and suitable for vegetarians.
