Naturally smoked salmon that is gently smoked over Suffolk oak and free from artificial additives and preservatives. All salmon is hand sliced, the salmon is sourced from one farm, Wester Ross, who are the oldest independently run farm in Scotland, established in 1977. All their salmon is Freedom Food certified and RSPCA accredited and they lay claim to be the only farm to be full hand rearing their fish.
